международные соглашения в области производства и сбыта товаров.Многосторонние торговые соглашения, направленные на достижение стабильности цен, гарантии поставок и создание устойчивых запасов отдельных видов товаров. Предполагают необходимость их безусловного соблюдения основными производящими и потребляющими странами. В число оговоренных в соглашениях функций входят такие, как создание резервных запасов товаров; установление контроля над их экспортом и импортом, достижение долгосрочных договоренностей о закупках, установление цен на продукцию. Для контроля за реализацией соглашений и осуществления оговоренных в них регулирующих функций предусматривается создание специальных комитетов и комиссий. Международные товарные соглашения
Многосторонние соглашения, нацеленные на достижение стабилизации цен на мировых рынках сырьевых товаров, поддержку доходов производителей и создание устойчивых запасов этих товаров. В международных товарных соглашениях оговаривается «официальная» цена на определенный период времени. Если предложение на рынке превышает спрос, страны-участники начинают закупку товара для создания буферного запаса (см. Buffer stock). Если спрос превышает предложение, запасы товара распродаются. Международные товарные соглашения имеют наиболее важное значение для развивающихся стран - основных экспортеров сырья. Однако их участниками также являются страны-импортеры. Так, например, в соглашении по джуту и джутовым изделиям участвует пять стран-производителей и 26 стран-потребителей.Новый англо-русский словарь-справочник.
